As part of its ongoing efforts to promote Quranic culture and instill Islamic values among the younger generation, Dar Al Ber Society has announced the outstanding results achieved by its leading initiative, Al Ber Project for Quran Memorization, for the year 2025. The Society affirmed that the project continues its mission of preparing a distinguished generation of memorizers of the Holy Quran who are capable of conveying its teachings and noble values to the wider community.

Mr. Younis Al Zaabi, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the Culture and Research Sector at Dar Al Ber Society, explained that the project recorded several achievements during 2025. Among the most notable was the implementation of 57 educational circles delivered through a mix of in-person and hybrid learning formats, reflecting the project’s significant flexibility in reaching various segments of society. He emphasized that these circles provided students with an integrated educational platform, enabling them to continue memorization and revision using modern methodologies, while offering a motivating environment that encourages achievement and excellence.

Mr. Al Zaabi noted that the project benefited a total of 4,262 male and female students, including 1,301 UAE nationals, both male and female. This, he said, reflects the project’s inclusiveness and its broad reach across different segments of society, highlighting Dar Al Ber Society’s social responsibility in spreading Quranic culture and reinforcing religious values.

He further pointed out that 86 male and female Quran instructors contributed to supervising and guiding students. They played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of memorization and revision, as well as in providing continuous support to encourage students to progress and excel in their blessed Quranic journey.

The project also enabled 33 male and female students to complete the full memorization of the Holy Quran, while the number of students who obtained Quranic ijazahs with authenticated chains of narration and Quranic texts reached 217. This achievement reflects the project’s direct impact in building a generation of highly proficient memorizers of the Holy Quran. In addition, 72 Quranic competitions and activities were organized to enhance student engagement and motivate excellence, contributing to the creation of a stimulating and successful educational environment.

The Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the Culture and Research Sector stressed that the project is not limited to memorization alone, but also seeks to instill moral and religious values among young men and women, and to prepare a generation capable of conveying the message of the Holy Quran to society. This contributes to building a religiously aware and culturally grounded community that preserves its Quranic heritage.
Mr. Younis Al Zaabi concluded by affirming that these achievements reflect the prominent status of Dar Al Ber Society’s project as one of the leading Quranic initiatives in the country, particularly in Dubai, reiterating the Society’s continued commitment to serving the community and enhancing Quranic awareness among its members.
